RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided items are postmarked within 7 business days of delivery.
❌ Sale items and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To initiate a return, please log into your account here to request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once approved, please follow the guidelines below:
- Refunds, credits, or exchanges are processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping
- Store credit may be issued to your in-store account
- Email confirmation and a return shipping label will be sent once processed
- Returns must be insured and sent with tracking
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages
- UPS is the only accepted carrier for returns (no USPS)
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Online orders may be returned to any store location within the approved return window (within 7 business days of receiving your order)
- Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for price adjustment.
- We are unable to accommodate requests to price match the vendor or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed via our website.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
