PESERICO
Maria Peserico opened a workshop in Cornedo Vicentino in 1962 making one thing: women’s trousers. Within ten years it employed fifty people, and in 1975 her husband Giuseppe Peruffo took over the management and began putting the family name on trousers and skirts rather than only cutting for other labels. Their son Riccardo runs it now alongside his wife Paola Gonella; it is still owned by the family, and the trouser is still what it is known for.
