Cindy Kirk Designs
Cindy Kirk started making bags because she couldn’t find one that wasn’t covered in logos and still worked, so she built her own. Everything is cut and stitched by hand in Sun Valley, Idaho, and nothing goes in the bin — the offcuts become the clutches and wallets. Each bag is identifiable by its cross-stitching and hand-beaded detail, and she intends them to be worn hard: “my bags are meant to be used and will develop a rich patina over time.” The Poof is the one people know.
