Golden Goose

Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo started the label in Marghera in December 2000. The Super-Star arrived in 2007 after the pair became fixated on the worn-through shoes of Los Angeles skateboarders and decided to manufacture that wear deliberately, by hand. Look closely at the star and one point is cut short — the imperfection is the signature.
